XFX5700 Ultra Tv-Out Problem (S-Video Cable Used)

Hi All,

I am having a problem with the TV Out Feature of
"XFX 5700 Ultra" (Based on Nvida's Geforce FX 5700 Ultra GPU)

My Pc Configs
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mobo: - ASUS (Intel 850)
CPU:- Pentium 4 3.06 GHz 533FSB
Ram:- RD Ram 1GB
GPU:- XFX 5700 Ultra - 128MB - Forceware 61.77
Sound Card:- Audigy 2 (6.1 Channel)

Whenever i connect the S-Video Cable to my PC and TV and when
i select TV out the picture doesnt come up clearly its continuosly
Flickering (Running up and down).

What is the Problem i am not able to resolve it.

What kind of resoulution and color depth are you trying to run while using your TV as a display?
