FF: Cherry Master pcb Royal Poker 96

Free Royal Poker 96 Cherry Master/8-liner type pcb. Came out of a
working game during conversion. I have about 30 of these slowly going up
on ebay. I always retest before listing and this one turned up dead.
Could be as easy as a loose part. I doubt if it's totally fried. Fix it
or strip it. In any case, it's free.
