I recently bought an Asus A7A 266 motherboard it supports a 4 wire case speaker, the new case I have has standard 2 wire speaker. Asus has been kind enough to inform me that you can't use a 2 wire speaker with their board. Where would I be able to aquire a 4 wire case speaker. I've asked a few local cpu shops and they have no knowledge of the item.
Thanks in advance for any info anyone can send me.

as fare as i know there is no such thing as a 4wire case speaker, all mobo's have 4 pins but you only use the 2 on each end. one is + (red wire) and the other - (black wire), this speaker is used for system beeps like error codes, not much else.
Thank you for the information on 2 wire speaker. I thought about trying the 2 wires but wasn't sure which 2 of the 4pins on MB to connect to. The manual on A7A MB 4 pins goes as follows, left to right (+5V)-(grd)-(grd)-(speaker) So I should hook up my red and black speaker wires to +5V and speaker pins? I really appreciate it.
