jamma pcb repair log - memory failure

Been finding a lot of jamma pcb's I've been repairing of late have had bad
ram.

Seems to be TMM2063 rams between 50th week '88 and all of '89 are failing.
End of the life for this ram?? Pretty common on a lot of '88 '89 pcb's.
Any pcb using that ram would be susceptible IMHO.
