Got my 9600XT. I get about 40fps in Doom3 at 800x600 Medium Quality 2xAA. I've been trying to overclock it with ATI tool but I can't get very far. It has the RV360 core and Hynix 2.8ns memory. I had the memory overclocked about 30mhz and core overclocked 10mhz, I got about halfway through the 3rd test in 3dmark03 before I started getting artifacts. Is my GPU just maxed out?

I think so. IIRC, the reviews done on this card showed that it could not be overclocked much at all.

You should have an "Overdrive" option in your advanced display properties. This will OC your card a little as well.

Yeah, I think it overclocks the memory to 317mhz and the gpu to 526mhz, games and benchmarks freeze whenever I set overdrive on. It's sad that it won't even overclock to...
