Can anybody recommend a good PCI video capture card? I don't necessarily want to watch TV or record shows on my computer, I just want to connect my VCR, capture some old VHS tapes and then burn them to DVD. Many thanks.

MSI TV@nywhere. I bought mine at a local store for under $50 ($49.99). It will do everything you need, and then some. At the time I purchased it, it had the most features for least amount of money. Still a very good choice. No complaints about mine yet.

Make sure when looking at the TVTuner cards, particulally the lower end cards, make sure it is stereo, a lot of the cheaper ones are mono.
