Not if you consider that the System 1 is the original cabinet the game
appeared in.

It is just a dedicated cabinet for more than one game. :-)

Did every system-1 game start out as a Roadblasters or did the other
games come out of the factory in cabinets. I have always thought that
everything other than RB was a conversion kit. That being said, there
are different revisions to the power supply and boards.

Actually, other way around. Road Blasters was the last system 1 game
released. The first, was Marble Madness. You can tell dedicated Marble
Madness cabs by their sideart. It's totally different coloration wise from
most sys 1 cabs. Of course, most of them were converted later. but there
was such a thing as dedicated MM sideart :)
