What type of RAM chip (24-pin IC) is at location M2 on Atari's 1976
monochrome game Night Driver?

The schematics and manual are of no help.

Atari's part no is: 90-7002

My board has a chip that has the Atari logo with the words 'innovative
leisure' underneath. The numbers 90-7002, 185 underneath that and what
looks like 7602A underneath that. I hope this helps.

Thanks - the 90-7002 is the Atari part number, not sure about the 185
but the 7602A is the year and month (1976, February). :)
