Try the default code.. which is normally 0000, or 1234.

Have you already set a pairing code on the device?
If you haven't, then it is probably asking you to set one.. set it to what ever you want, and if it asks you for confirmation- re enter what you put previously. You will need to use the same password from the PC to authorize the connection.
