Shorted one usb port and now none of them work how to fix

I shorted out one of my usb ports (accident) now none of the ports on my toshiba satellite laptop work. What can I do to repair or how can I get card with usb ports to work if available. Iwould like to just fix the problem rather than add a card if anyone has info to help I would really appreciate it.

New Mobo I guess. Check Ebay for a used/working one .
