I have lost the adminstrator account and have read through most of these
posts and still cant find an option to get back to my account, only on my
sons which is limited. I know that the account still exists as I found the
file for it, but I know that I changed the name from administrator to mom,
the switch user option is also not available! SO can anyone explain to me in
laymans terms how to create an administrator account, or how to fix the old
one? Again in laymans terms as my computer intelligence is null and void! LOL

debbie I do not have an answer but go to microsoft online support here and I
know they will be able to get it fixed for you
