The below Demo is running on a Radeon 9700 card at 40fps at 800x600 and looks absolutely amazing (got the link from the beyond3d forum). Reminds me of the new Unreal Engine. UE3 may be more advanced, but this is a demo from 2003 and is due out in 2005 and is definately kewl looking; I think UE3 is slated for 2006:
