I saw this ended Ebay auction and cannot figure out what the deal is on
the top section of this Ms. Pacman. Any ideas?

Must have been severely damaged so he cut it off. Really really bad sticker
job, too. I feel sorry for whoever that person was who bit the $895 BIN for
that garbage.
