Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,

I offered this for sale a couple of weeks ago and had some interested
parties but no deals solid deals were struck so I'm offering it up
once again with a reduced price and now I've got some good detailed
pictures of the machine as well as a video showing it in
action...including the bonus round.

This machine is in EXCELLENT condition and is by far one of the most
popular machines in both casinos and by home buyers. This is a real
Las Vegas slot machine, NOT one of those Japanese skill stop machines.
This is the REEL deal!

Jackpot Stampede Deluxe is a 3 Reel Slot Machine that features bars,
7's and Wild Symbols for various payouts. But what makes Jackpot
Stampede Deluxe so popular is it's BONUS ROUND! Once in a while the
player will luckily line up 3 "Stampede" symbols on the payline the
machine exclaims
"yee hawww...it's a Stampede!!!" The reels shake back and forth and
you hear
"cattle charging" You then have 5 spins to catch as many cattle as
you can across the pay line. Each cow
is worth 1-3 coins dependant upon how many coins you've played. Round
up a "Cash Cow" for a mystery bonus amount! As far as slot machines
go, this game is a blast!
Here is a video showing the machine in action and showing the bonus
round (.mpg file, 1.49 megs)
http://www.hassellcastle.com/stampede/stampedemovie.mpg

This machine is in a 19" Top Glass (Tall) Style Cabinet with White
Formica on the sides and beautiful chrome trim. It accepts quarters
and has a built in bill validator that takes the new $5's and colored
$20's. It also has a hopper so you can win quarters back. Jackpot
Stampede Deluxe works great and has a new power supply installed for
the Dot Matrix Display. Display is nice and bright.

Slot Machine includes door key, reset key and a black slot machine
stand.
Here are some pics of it I snapped this evening:
http://www.hassellcastle.com/stampede

Price $1550
Will consider trading locally or within driving distance for pinball
machines of compariable value. Can deliver to someone in the Houston
area the weekend of June 18th as we'll be attending the Houston Arcade
Group Expo.

First come first served.
Slot machine is located at our house in Forney, Texas. Please call if
interested, 214-632-5537

Shipping available via North American Van Lines at the expense of the
buyer. However for legal reasons I can not ship this machine to the
following states: Alabama, California, Missouri, New Jersey, New York,
North Carolina, and Oregon ...DON'T ASK.

Thanks,
Craig

I tried to buy this from Craig back when he posted it. When we ended
up not working out a sale (he was taking it to sell at a local
auction, he had said) I ended up buying one from a dealer in Los
Angeles instead. Paid $1250 for it, plus shipping (not overly
expensive, much to my surprise).

Everyone I've spoken with about this title who has reason to know
tells me this is the best of the Williams reel slots presently
available.

If you are local to his area and can pick up, his price for the
machine, with the stand, is about comparable to what you'd pay to get
the same machine, a stand, and shipping from a dealer in another
state.

Mine should arrive friday... I'm looking forward to it...

Not to hamper your sale, but you should check out one of the many
websites that detail slot machine ownership for all 50 states. I
think you might find the list slightly more restrictive than you
think.

One such site is: http://www.homerecreationgames.com/slotlaws.html

Just trying to keep people out of trouble (I was in the industry
fairly briefly).

This is not exactly true, Craig. I had called you saying that I would
Pay you your full asking Price, plus the NAVL freight.
You asked how I would pay and I said I would send you a Business Check.
That sounds like a solid deal to me. You said you would pass and leave
the slot be auctioned the next day.

So once again I will attempt to complete a deal with you. I am
e-mailing you directly to work out details.

If this is acceptable, please e-mail me at Pinball@aol.com to arrange
payment and exchange address info.

Thanks.

Sorry about the confusion when trying to sell it the first time guys.
Have in mind I was originally trying to sell it quickly, locally as we
had Super Auction here that weekend. Being that I'm just getting
started into the route/operator biz I needed to purchase some
equipment at the auction for my route and didn't want to deal with
waiting for paypal or checks to clear as I could have made a local
sale or auctioned it off at Super auction and used my auction funds
that day. I needed the funds.

Needless to say I took it to the auction. It didn't go for what I
needed out of it...I wasn't going to loose my shirt on it..so I bought
it back. Now I've reposted it for sale and at this time Randy of J &
R have a deal working out right now on the slot so at this point I
would consider it sold.

While true that the letter of the law can be a pain, have to wonder out
loud if it'd really be enforced.

I mean, technically, every single pinball game I own is illegal in my
suburb. Of course, the cops all KNOW I have them and couldn't care
less. But the 1970's law in my suburb _techincally_ is still on the
books.

Obviously, if you're going to charge money to play, then this attitude
would probably change. :)

What are the two most often spoken lies?

"The check is in your mouth" and "I won't cum in the mail". :))
