Currently I have a Compaq connection point CP-2W. I have a webserver
sitting in the DMZ, i also have to two wireless Dlink cameras. When
direct the incoming address thru virtual server, i can connect to the
compaq. I can control the camera but i don't get any video. I have
open HTTP and the ports the DLINK specifies. Anyone know what my
problem is?

Some cameras have a dropdown or other selection for the video adapter to
be used, and usually the proprietary camera adapter is the one to
select.
