I loved the first game, and the later parts of the demo, but hated the first part of the demo (way too easy). Is the full game good? Also, there was some problems I had with aiming with the Gorden SMG and AK47 in some areas with lots of baddies. Is this lag related, or do these weapons have recoil modelling?

Spec: Athlon 1200, 256MB PC2100, Geforce 2 Pro 64MB, running at around medium detail.

yup... its good. the only problem i see is that it runs choppy at high detail even with my amd xp 1800+ and g4 ti 6000. maybe its my drivers. i even went down to medium detail and 1024 res. still choking big time.

well...the graphics are really great...but i think the first one is much funnier..even though i'm only at chapter 5.
the other thing is that it is VERY difficult....the stealth is very important in this game.
runs ok on my Radeon 64DDR VIVO..with all settings maxed out...though a little choppy sometimes ( P41.5GHZ- 256RDRAM)
My friend has a northwood 2GHZ...with 512RDRAM..and a Xabre 128MB..but the game crashes after a few seconds of play....any thoughts!!!

the audio codec seems to be a problem. there is a forum at the sierra site. as to fixing my framerate prob, i just installed 512 more ddr ram. dooooh!

I've got a xp 1500+, 512mb PC2100, and a GF4 Ti4200 64mb.

The game runs pretty smooth for me with all the settings maxed. One thing you might want to try(after I did it made the game run smoother)is check to see what refresh rate your monitor is at when you're running the game. You might need to get Powerstrip if you don't already have it. Before I was running at 60hz, but when Powerstrip forced it to run at 85hz, it was much smoother. XP has a problem in that no matter if your desktop is set higher than 60hz, games will always be forced at 60hz.

Maybe that will help.

well, i got it to look really nice, but it crashes to the desktop every half hour or so..... maybe thats gods way of telling me to het off my ass. hehe. it is very frustrating though. when im in a building, and the guards are outside the building firing at me, i cant even hear them. i think i'll just put it down until the next patch comes out. ive tried everything on the nolf2 tech forum.

I just started and I love it already. Ease dropping over the many conversations is a winner with me. The sneaking around and rather good AI (that is for games) makes this a must have game.

I´ve played it for a few hours and must say that it is a really good game.
It has a nice 'atmosphere' and it feels like a real 'quality game'

The graphics are very nice and clean and so far I´ve encountered no bugs.

Odd thing is that I could not run the game with my old graphicscard, a Geforce2Mx but
it works with my new Ti4200.
I checked the readme file and it should work with my Mx card (not that I care that
much now anyway  )
