Hi, this danish site does a translation of the russian iXBT´s shootout every month under different conditions, I know the details in writing makes no sence to you; but I wanted to show, since I think it is one of the best testsites.. and... it´s every month :p

I have translated parts on the intro:

Green systems:
Athlon 64 3200+ (2,0 GHz)
K8T800-based motherboard from Asus (K8V SE Deluxe)
1GB PC3200

Red Systems:
Intel Pentium4 3600 MHz (225MHz x 16)
i925X-based motherboard from Abit (AA8 DuraMAX)
1GB DDR2 300MHz (="600" MHz)

All tests are done in 4xAA and 16xAnsio, with the expection of GeforeFX-series, that run 4xAA and 8xAnsio (no 16xAnsio support)

Thanks.

Can you tell me if these guy's are running the default in-game benchmarks?
Or did they record their own timedemos using Fraps?

If your answer is the prior....then I have no use for them.

Uh, excuse me but, that's IXBT or DigitLife's benchmarks, a Russian hardware site. What are they doing on that Danish site?

Man I was wondering why you said once a month, it seemed too much like IXBT, until I clicked and confirmed my doubts.

Hi Eden, that´s right; I am sorry.

These monthly benches are translated and fully defended by an übergeek (understand, explain, question anything) moderator. They appear as links with tons of other benchies and tests, because of their translation and because of the play of the moderator, I just don´t usually think of them as Russian, but of course they are and the "sourceguys" should be credited for their great work. I have corrected my first post to meet creditability.

No problems, just a misunderstanding!

But do they mention and acknowledge the actual intellectual property of IXBT?

Thanks for your understanding

That is their usual startout:
"Det russiske site iXBT har atter testet et stort antal aktuelle grafikkort"

"The Russian site iXBT are yet again to have testen a great amount of actual (read: relevant) graphicscards"
---
iXBT are repeatively mentioned as well as "the russian configuration" ;)

Generally it is seems soaked with a great amount of respect as an unwritten law.

Woo, just noticed their S.T.A.L.K.E.R benchmarks; that game is going to absolutely fly :p

I frequent IXBT alot, as many here know, and they always have great info, even if it is a bit behind others tie wise, it usually makes up for it quality wise.

There's also a new list of benchmarks from their site. Like everything since the original Rage 128PRO!

- You need a licence to buy a gun, but they'll sell anyone a stamp (or internet account) ! - RED GREEN GA to SK

I go to Xbit frequently, as people here know, and I always like what they write, even if it comes out later than others, they usually write it better.

Here's their latest benchmarks article. Like everything since the Riva128 ZX
