Control Panel Overlays

Hey Fellas,

i've started work on repairing a table top from arcade amusements in
australia. this is the only place i've see these funny control panels.

Has anyone else come across these? or know where to get a replacement
underlay? it feels/looks like its made of aluminium.

generic lai slim-line table. Similar to a tatio trimline..
