Tech: Very strange Ms. Pac problem....

A friend has a Ms. Pac that is doing something I've never seen. Ms Pac
and Blinky (red ghost) are attached (Blinky seems to be taking a
piggyback ride on Ms Pac) to each other. The Pink Ghost only comes out
with the fruit and is attached to the fruit. The other two ghost are
normal. Anyone have a clue?
