Catalyst Control Center (CCC)

My question.. is it recommended to use the Catalyst Control Center? because i like the old control panel better.

I mean is ther any gain in graphics performance?
Please any information would help me decide if i will down load the (CCC) with the new 4.10 drivers.

The driver is the same, but I don't think you can control new features like AI with the old control panel. Unless you use a registry editor or something.

I'm downloading 4.10 w/CCC right now, because I want to see whether it's worth it or not. I'd like to see what kind of performance gain I can get from AI, with Doom as the natural candidate.

If you want all the benifits of the new Catalysts but prefer the old control panel (and their resource friendly effect) then use the <A HREF="http://www.omegadrivers.net" target="_new">Omega Tweaked drivers</A>. They support all the new features (including AI), but you don't need the bulky .net crud!

That's what I would recommend for best performance and features combo.
