Every once in awhile I forget to take my hand off the Shift key and the
popup window (Accessibility Options) comes up. This must be a habit with
me, but I have always just clicked the CANCEL button. I am in XP SP2 and
when this happens, the cancel button does not exit out without applying a
reversal in text case (lower case is now upper; and upper case is now lower.

Is this a bug, or is there a correction for this?
