I would load and run all of the above. It does sound like a Hi-Jack of your
browser so hiJack This will take care of it. Just be careful on what you
remove. Make a backup from the program!!
Oh yeah, run a virus scan also.

When visiting porn sites, always be careful not to download/install
their "free" viewers. You'll get more than expected, every time. To
repair the current situation, uninstall the "viewer(s)" provided and
then use Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search and Destroy
from www.safer-networking.org/ to clean up any residue. Both have
free versions for personal use.
You should also try using MSConfig to see if something is being
started each time you reboot.
Additionally, Look in the C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Start Menu\Programs\Start Up and C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Start Up folders, and in the
system registry, primarily in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
Additionally, manual removal instructions for the most common
varieties of scumware are available here:

You have to be careful b/c they will also install dialers without your
consent. It is a good idea to run multiple spyware detectors and use some
online virus scanners like Trend Micro's free online scanner - also use
Spyware Blaster which can be found on majorgeeks.com - it claims to block
that kind of stuff from being installed in the first place. Another good
one is Webroot's SpySweeper - you can d/l a free trial and it is very good
at finding those programs. It also doesnt hurt to have a hardware router
installed - it helps keep things from accessing those outside addresses.
