Is it just me, or isn't there any practical difference between the NVidia 6800GT 256MB and the NVidia 6800 Ultra 256MB? Would anyone reccomend the Ultra 256MB?
There's more than one practical difference between 6800GT and 6800 Ultra. Ultra is much more expensive, requires more power (2 extra molex power connectors for Ultra, 1 for GT), generates more heat and gives few extra fps in games which is noticable only in benchmark charts.
Tests show that dollar-for-dollar the 6800GT is a way better deal. The Ultra is only a little bit faster and it really it's not worth the money. The 6800GT has been overwhelmingly popular here on the forum.

There is no 128MB 6800 Ultra. There's a lot of false/erroneous advertising on pricewatch- link to that retailer and check the fine print, it's most likely a 6800NU. To my knowledge, Asus makes the only 6800GT 128MB, and it's slightly cheaper than the 256MB versions.
