Hi Andrew, I tried what you said to do and this was on the brand new hard
drive I just bought. But it did not work., I have never seen anything like
this. I feel like I have just wasted 400.00 when I should have taken it
somewhere. Only thing is most of the places around here don't know what they
are doing! I'm so depressed, I am handicaped and this is my only outlet to
the world. I go nuts without my comptuer. The one I am using now is very
unreliable. I never know if it is going to work or not. Thank you for
answereing my call for help, so soon, I really do appriciate it very much.
