Alienware m14x r2 problems

I did a fresh install on my laptop recently and followed this guide to install all of the drivers.

After completing the install, my games don't seem to run as well as they used to. What do I do?
I have followed the guide exactly, installing all drivers from the dell site as instructed. Then after that I ran Windows Update.

Skyrim for example seems to stutter as you pan the camera around, and Assassins Creed Revelations is also notable more laggy in certain areas.

Please help!

You might need to update your drivers too.

I did update my drivers as the guide i posted a link to showed me

I think that lap may have sli be sure to enable it that would make a diffrence

in skyrim for example, when i pan the camera horizontally it stutter a bit when doing so
