Well, I have been puting off the pcbs until I get the rest of the
little things fixed. Finished the control panel. I used fiberglass
resin and polyester fiber, some metal on the back to get the form. I
worked on it for a couple of days and just got tired of trying to get
it perfect so I painted it. Looks ok, much better then with the huge
hole in it. Pics here
This is the last application I did before finishing. I have more pics
I'll add later.

It ain't perfect and I might work on it more later but good enough for
now imo.

Thanks! I know it's not perfect and the panel has other issues, mainly
warping. I deceided I might make a mold with this one and flatten out
all the imperfections in the mold instead of spending all the extra
time flattening out the control panel, then just make one completely
out of polyester fiberglass resin. I could always work on it more later
too. It's good enough for me though. Considering all the stuff that was
messed up it looks like a machine now. All I need is to get one board
set working. Argh!
