Toshiba laptop restore disc

Hello,
my sons computer crashed and we lost the disc we need another one

You will have to contact your manufacturer and order a replacement restore CD.

Also, I found this online: "if you turn off the laptop and when you turn it back and hold down 0 key while it powers up you can restore it to out of the box specs".
