Generally, folks use a firewall to prevent viruses and worms
from harming your computer. Pop-up blockers are used to
prevent annoying pop-ups in Internet Explorer. I don't understand
why you want to "delete" them?
What are you wishing to accomplish?

i like to play games on pogo, but everytime i try to get in there, a window
comes up and tells me that i have either a blocker or a firewall that is
preventing me from playing. i have dial up so the puter runs very slow.
