First up, here are the specs:
Phenom X4 955 (No OC currently)
M3A770DE
Radeon HD 5770
4GB Ripjaws DDR3-1600
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

All the drivers are up to date, all the updates are installed. Recently I did an overhaul and wiped my machine and reinstalled my OS and what-have-you. This was two-ish weeks ago. Since then, I'd noticed a rare crash every so often. Yesterday, I realized that it was always happening while videos were playing. Today I figured out that it only affect Flash videos (streaming TV shows).

It sometimes happens five minutes in, other times it takes an hour or so. But almost everytime I spend time watching or streaming a show, it eventually stops and the screen goes crazy and then it restarts. No BSoD. No explanation.

I've tried disabled hardware acceleration. It lasted longer, but still eventually tanked. Any ideas what's causing it?

Have you tried to uninstall Flash and then reinstall Flash?
