Both my roommates I recently moved in with are big anime fans. Ive started to watch a few of them and they are actually pretty good stories. I just finished with the Jubei Chan series, its pretty damn funny. I'll just say one thing, "Plump, bouncy bon bons!" I have also watch almost all of the Gundam Wing series, including the Endless Waltz. Anybody else know of anything good?
Screw liberty, give me broadband or give me death!
Tenchi Muyo OVA, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, Armitage III Poly-Matrix, Iria - Zeiram the Animation, Record of the Lodoss War, Sin <i>(based on the video game)</i>..., just to name a few.

Ninja Scroll, Fist of the North Star, Ghost in the Shell, Vampire Hunter D, Akira. These are some of the more popular ones (and Ultra Violent), it's a good base to get started from. There are so many more, check out Amazon.com for some reviews on Anime, then select a title fitting to your tastes.
I have watch some of the Tenchi Universe on Earth DVD's. Its a good series, I have heard of a few of the other ones like ghost in the shell. As for Neon Genesis Evangelion, my friend said it was kind of hard to understand and kind of out there. Oh well, will watch some more after I sober up some.
How will I find your sucessor? <font color=red>"Plump bouncy bon bons."</font color=red> "Bon Bons?"
Yay anime! (And a whispered yay Hentai.) Not that I know what Hentai is. No. Not me. I'm completely ignorant on that count. Honest. Really.
I just wish I could find a decent (or any for that matter) place to rent some anime around where I live. I don't feel up to risking the purchase of them when I haven't had a chance to watch them at least once first. I mean there is some really bad anime out there, just look at Sailor Moon.
Here's a few that I've watched and liked though that haven't been mentioned yet (and please forgive any spelling mistakes):
* M D Geist
* Project A-Ko (Who can't laugh watching this?)
* Guyver
Unfortunately, most of the good ones that I've seen have already been mentioned.
- Fuzzy logic? There's so much dust in there that the whole damn computer is fuzzy!
Jubei Chan Ninja Girl and the Lovely Eye Patch is a series that you can not watch with out laughing your A$$ off. Its a really short series too. I think its only like 14 in the series. Thoughout the whole thing almost nothing is taken seriously. If you come across a video or DVD of it to rent I high suggest it!
