My laptop running XP SP2 is always tring to do a windows install splash
screen (6 times) after restarting. I also have a Windows update ready icon in
the right tray. I click on it and everything appears to complete normal.
After I restart again the same icon appears telling me I have updates ready.
I've tried several antivirus programs, Norton 2005 and PC-cillian 2005.
Nothing is getting rid of it. When I check fot updates on MS web site it
always tells me to update KB835732. I do update with it but keeps saying I
need it. How do I get rid of this install program?
