Okay, I have a Galaxian with Bad Ram 1 showing up on screen. I checked
this board and found that I was supposed to check the rams at 7P and
7N. I bought new rams, socketed them and still come up with the error.
What's the next step?
Any help would be appreciated. Either reply here or e.mail at jake at

Well,
Today I reflowed the solder and changed the socket I just installed.
It immediately didn't work. Frustrated, I just let the game run for
about a 3 minutes. I noticed that the message of "Bad Ram 1" stopped
flashing, remained constant, and then suddenly BOOM, the game started
right up.
It's held steady since.
Weird....
The only problem I have now is that the marquee lights aren't working.
The bulbs aren't bad but I didn't have my equipment to make sure there
is juice flowing to it.
