How to unlock toshiba screen

my toshiba satellite boots to the following options
1.safe mode
2.start windows normally
when i choose first option,it boot normal to windows in safe mode.but when i choose second option the screen become blank.
I installed win 7 nd all drivers after i restarted the comp the above problem started.

I would check startup and see what is running that doesn't load in safe mode. Have you tried running msconfig to see what processes/programs are running at startup? You should do an Internet search if you are not sure what the process/program is before you disable it.

It sounds like you need to remove the video card drivers in safe mode and then go back into windows normally. This sometimes happens if the video drivers get corrupted.

I had already found da solution.
I formated the drive using win 7 and deleted all da previous partions and created new ones,installed office 2007.
2.I downloaded Driver pack from open source installed it on the same computer and i run driver pack without internet connection and installed network driver.
3.I configured the computer for internet conection and run Driver pack and it automatically installed all da drivers for me sucessfully solved da problem all together.
