Need help installing word

I asked a while ago about needing help with installing word. I was told this

Well needless to say I tried every single one of them and I still have the
same problem. Every time I try and install Word it says to close
iexplore.exe. When I do try and close the process 2 more pop up. I can't
get rid of it. I NEED word back on my system and I already did a system
restore and it is still not there. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. I am REALLY
DESPERATE.
