Well the GMA900 (name of Intel Extreme 3) isn't bad for 2D and very old games, but it's definitely not for modern games. The RSX2xx based chips are pretty good there was a review a while back showing it doing VERY well but still shy of the add-in X300 (probably close to X300SE).

Until the latest ATI products are proven on good boards, the nVidia nForce2 IGP has the best integrated video, which is about as powerfull as a GeForce4 MX420.

A better question would be, who cares?
If you are gonna play games, don't bother with integrated, If you aren't gonna play games, why does it matter to you which is the best integrated solution.
Yes the Radeon 9100 is better than the nForce IGP, but the GMA900 is better than both.
So it's back to Cleeve's original statement. Either the GMA or ATI's new chips. The GMA is aproven commodity, unless it takes years of testing which to me isn't worth the effort for Integrated.
