Inspiron 9200/9300

Hello.
Does anyone know why the Inspiron 9200 was changed into the 9300 so quickly?
Is there anything wrong with the 9200?
Its life on the market was only 3 month-long!
I can't find any difference reading the specifications, so I can't
understand what happened.
Any ideas?

Is that the only reason why the 9200 is off the market?
It doesn't seem right to me.....
