6800 or 6600GT?

This is a moot point now, as I have already ordered one of them, but....
Given the choice between a 6600GT(AGP) for £155 and a 6800(AGP) for £170, which would be better for gaming? I made the decision pretty much on fill rates, but I know there are some areas where the 6600GT is better equipped, eg DDR3 memory. I guessed it was worth the extra £15? So, was I right to go for the 6800?

I'll make this quick, YES. Some 6800NU's can be modded to enable the other pipes too if you want to risk it later down the line.
