Logout issues when multiple users logged on

Hi Locke,

I notice that when the problem occurred, one use was running a Virus Scan
online. Am I right?

Does this issue occur when the 2 users just logon this computer?

| I have 1 Gb of RAM and and 2.8 GHz computer using WinXP SP2. When I have

| users logged on, say one is running a virus scan online and the other
gets
| on and watches TV or does anything for that matter and tries to logoff -
it
| never completes the logoff task. I can switch users all day long but
when I
| try to log the 2nd user out it wont work - I have let it sit for half an
| hour if not longer waiting - the HD light is going so I know that
something
| is happening but I cant CTRL-ALT-DEL or any combination of CTRL-C or
| CTRL-Break or ESC or anything to get it to do something. Please help.
