How can I fix the website's security certificate problem?

When I tried to open the yahoomail website to check my emails,what comes out is the page that says, "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." And in the next paragraph it says, "The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid." And further says, "We recommend that your close this webpage and do not continue to this website."

How can I fix this problem????
