I sure hate to have to do this i'm 3 hours from joplin from my 12 hour
drive and my lawyer called and the bum brought me the $$ that is owed
to me so the auction is cancelled for now.
he still is going to sell off this stuff at some point why he just
dosent let the auction go as it should go.

next time you may want to wait until you have legal possession of the games
before starting an auction. not before when the guy can still make a last
minute payment to get his stuff back, that's when they pay.
and to the guys who got the directions from you on ebay.
might want to give them a heads up also, they may not read RGVAC or RGP.

BOY!!, what a waste of everyones time, wonder how many people had
reservations made, trailers and trucks rented and lined up ready to go. Next
auction that you
advertise will definately go unoticed thats for sure.

Well Shoot! I was hoping to pick up some projects. I was ALMOST on my
way down there, but luckily some local guys read the post, and
contacted me directly. Already had my truck rented, trailer rented,
motel reserved....etc. I guess I'm out some money, but not as much as
if the notice came about 4 hours later, or I'd be on the way! The
other (worse) thing is that I've turned down quite a few machines
(local) in the recent past, waiting to see what I can dig up down at
this auction. I only have a limited space, so I was being cautious. I
guess too cautious.

Last night I drove by the auction location (live about a mile from it) and
there was a guy in a van with Ohio plates looking at your sign wondering
what was going on. I bet he's pissed...
