More is happening @ the THG graphics labs. As told earlier, now they have done DVI testing on various cards. Looks like ATI pulls another coup off in the ATI-Nvidia war. Personally I am happy to see that my card gives "exemplary" results  . Sorry NVidiots.

Some nice edu info out there, with nice pictorial examples.

Some users have noticed blurred image using the second dvi connector on gf6800 card. That could explain it!

Signature (up to 200 characters). You may use Markup in your signature

PC Mag, current issue publishes some numbers as optimal dpi font settings for LCDs. Cant find those numbers online.
THG should try and getting those optimal numbers out. It is kinda required as

Heres a detailed solution.

Might help people fix blurryness.

I know GrapeApe would've been extremely pleased with the article since it's what he wanted.

But truly, that article was well written. Lars shows us he listens and also gives an effort in writing in detail some things. Not overly technical, but enough to get some new words in and easy enough to actually understand graphs like the oscilloscope results.

Yes, finally an updated thing to point people to regarding DVI. Very well done, and clear easy to read.

I did notice a little booboo, Lars/Borsti mentions the First DVI of the GF6800 being only compliant at 141, but when he writes the result of DVI 1 he says compliant at 162. Just an observation.

I would like to see the Dual Link Quadro/FireGL/3DLabs, and maybe Matrox Parhelia included (especialy since the P750 & Parhelia have the triple monitor capability out of the 2 DVIs [One dual link one single IIRC]), and I look forward to maybe the dual DVI X850 XTPE-SUPA-DOPAH getting under the scope. But this is great on it's own and easily replaces/supercedes the Extremetech investigation.

A lot of opinions are to do with graphic card reviews.
