Windows xp MSVCRT.DLL Error

Hello everyone

When I try to printing my files using IE/microsoft
office/wordpad/notepad/ I get the error message
"IE/microsoft office/wordpad/notepad/ has encountered a problem and needs to
close." The details
are AppName: IE/microsoft office/wordpad/notepad/ .exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180
ModName: msvcrt.dll
ModVer: 7.0.2600.2180 Offset: xxxxxxxx

All the applications caused the msvcrt.dll errors...

I have already installed all lastest windows xp patchs and using command
"sfc /scannow" to scan the system files,and there reports no problems. and i
also have changed the msvcrt.dll to msvcrt.old, and download a new one from
the net, but it still dosen't works....

Jeff, have you updated to SP2 yet?

Yes, sp2 have been installed correctly, and all others patches installed too
