x700pro, xt and 6600gt

I was wondering if anyone has a link or some info on which of these cards are better? I am thinking about getting the MSI radeon xpress 200 mobo with the A64 3000 and need to find a video card. I have a $200 budget for a video card and I've seen that these 2 cards fall around that price. Would either of these cards give me a performance boost from my current system(look at sig). Which manufacturer and card would be best to go with to play HL2, Doom3, MOH Pacific Assault? I noticed that the 6600gt and the x700pro have 128-bit memory, will this hurt considering I currently have 256bit on my 9800 pro? Thanks in advance.

Just heard that radeon xpress 200 chipset has problems with USB.
You can stick with your 9800pro.

so would it be better to stick with nforce3 for the AGP? I'm not too worried about PCIe and SLI.
