I have decided to get the FX6600 GT after help in another thread, but have a couple of questions about it. (I thought I would start a new thread as it is about a different card to the origianl thread)

1. My monitor has a VGA connection only, but the card only has 2 DVI-I outputs. The card does come with 2 DVI - VGA adapters though, do these adapters cause any loss in quality of the card's display etc?

2. What are the two DVI's for? To display the same thing on 2 monitors? To split your display over 2 screens? Or something else?

Thanks for the help guys.

1) It won't reduce your video quality.

2) You can display the same thing or split display or display two independent desktops. It's all in the driver settings.

Hi Guys.

My card turned up today.... I am really happy with it. (6600GT for those who are playing catch up)

Just wondering if my 3DMark 03 benchmarks are around what they should be for the card.

System: Pentium 4 2.8GHz, 512mb PC2700, 120GB HDD, 6600GT 128mb

3DMark 03: 8104

Let me know if this is good/bad/about right.

Thanks.
