GF6800 GT and Power requirement

hi all,

I am getting WInFast GF6800 GT (my friend is getting it for me from oversea, 'cause much cheaper from where I lived), but I read somewhere that you need at least a 480W PSU, is this true?
RIght now I'm using an Antec TruePower 430W , got this half a year ago.
My spec:
AMD 2500+
Asus A7N8X deluxe
COsair 1 GB
WInfast Ti4200
Antec TruePower 430W

System Integration...yeah right, thanks to marketing, more confusion

It does need a lot of power, and if it was a cheap PSU, then a 480 would be a good recommendation.

Antec TruePower PSUs are very good - your 430 should do fine.
