Hi can anyone tell me if this can be done.

I have a Hp pavilion dv5000. and want some more ram.

I have a broken fujitsu 1840..that I have expanded with 512mb stick
can I use this stick in the pavilion laptop ?

here are the specs on the sticks , and they both are running 2.5volts

The worst thing that could happen is that it won't boot or ...just some blue screens right ?
