Tech: Asteroids

Have an asteroids that makes what sounds like a constant explosion noise.
Game works fine otherwise, other sounds can be heard over the explosion.
Swapped in a known good PCB and everything worked fine, so I think its safe
to say its the board. Any thoughts?

Check your schematics for the explosion sound. One of the legs on the
Ic's seems stuck. Look for explosion sound and you'll find your
culprit.
