Will have to shed spectrum in some markets, and needs to shed 325,000
customers as part of approval by govt.

By november, all advertising will be "Cingular" branded.

Will take about 2 years for integration to be complete.

Will focus on coverage rathern than on agressive pricing. Will work hard to
retain customers.

This story has become more interesting in light of what will happen to Fido
next year.

Also interesting that Rogers got Fido for bargain basement price of
less than 2 billion dollars (Canadian) and AT&T was sold for 41
billion dollars (US.)
