Cant Alt ctrl del

On my brothers computer in the other room he cant alt ctrl delete i cant open ms config cant open regedit anyone know how to remedy this so i can fully remove msblast u know that stupid little shutdown thing

becuz luckily i had zone alarm so it didnt do it except for the first time good lil zone alarm.

so does anyone know how to fix this

maybe the WINDOWS folder is accidentally renamed to something.

There are now error messages it just opens real quick then closes back!!!

what happens if you type regedit or msconfig from a DOS prompt?

if i type rededit it opens then closes in a matter of like a second or so and i dont try dos prompt no need to use it
