Windows 7 Crases During Shutdown

I recently did cable management in my PC to help the airflow and now it crashes when i try to shut it down from the start bar.

When it crashes it says logging off, then shutting down, then one monitor goes light blue and my other monitor goes black.

I have no idea if this is hardware or software related. Anyone have a clue?

  2. As this has happened after working on the cables, I suggest you check that they are all seated properly as you may have dislodged one of the leads.
